Cafe Chef/Cook

We are a busy Hamilton Cafe that has a lot of catering and need experienced cook/chef to prepare food ready for our cafe and for our catering orders.

This position will mainly be working on the Grill preparing meals it does include included making all Cabinet Food, Pies, Sausage Rolls, Savouries etc as well as Muffins, Scones, and preparing catering orders

This position is for 5 shifts over 5 days (usually Thursday to Monday, with Tuesday & Wednesday off) starting at 6am. Most catering order have to be delivered by 8.00 each morning so its important that we have made/prepared enough food the day before ready for packing in the next morning as well as baking fresh items early.

Pay is based on your skill and performance as well as ensuring quality and that standards are followed as well as keeping waste to a minimum.
