Customer Service Representative

• Location: Palmerston North
• Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time (30-35 hours per week)
• Wage Rate: $24 – $25 per hour

We are looking for Customer Service Representative who thrive in a busy customer focused retail environment at our service station in Palmerston North. The role is all about providing awesome customer service, along with - making the best coffee, getting bakes in the oven for our hungry customers, re-stocking and cleaning the store.

• Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases
• Maintain strong knowledge of products and their features
• Label goods and ensure correct pricing is displayed
• Stock shelves and manage storage and merchandising
• Complete daily store operational tasks
• Process cash and electronic payments accurately
• Ensure store sales and inventory are correctly recorded
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards
• Perform other duties as requested by the Store Manager

Previous experience in a gas station or retail environment is preferred, particularly in customer service, cash handling, and food preparation.
