Retail Sales Associate & Marketing Coordinator

George Harrison is a leading men’s designer store selling renowned international brands like Versace Jeans Couture, Just Cavalli, Diesel, Karl Lagerfeld and more.

We are looking for a creative and dynamic sales associate with digital marketing experience and exceptional customer service and selling skills. The right candidate will bring a passion for content-driven marketing, love for fashion & trends, strategic sales-driven mind, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

This role is a mix of sales and marketing so ability to thrive in a dynamic environment is a must. We are after someone who can learn and make this role their own.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive sales both online and in-store, acting as a customer-facing team member. Offering styling advice, product knowledge, and a high level of service.
  • Plan, execute & optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to maximise reach and ROI.
  • Track performance using platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Shopify, and more.
  • Analyse customer data to improve campaign effectiveness and segment audiences strategically.
  • Write compelling copy for ads, email marketing, product pages, and more.
  • Create social content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. Community management by engaging with comments, and messages on social media platforms.
  • Stay on-trend with fashion and marketing insights that inspire fresh and effective campaign ideas.
  • Manage website content and updates—familiarity with Shopify or similar CMS platforms is essential.
  • Execute email & SMS campaigns that are timely and aligned with retail promotions.
  • Forecast and manage marketing budgets, making every dollar count.
  • Stay on-trend with fashion and marketing insights that inspire fresh and effective campaign ideas.
  • Support visual merchandising and align creative assets with seasonal products and promotions.
What You’ll Bring
  • 1+ years' experience in digital, retail, or eCommerce marketing.
  • Proven success with Google Ads and Meta campaigns, including community management, budget management and performance reporting.
  • Confident with data tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and Shopify.
  • Experience with Shopify (or similar eCommerce platforms), including website content management, product updates, and merchandising.
  • Skilled in copywriting for digital platforms—ads, emails, product descriptions, and landing pages
  • Hands-on experience with email and SMS campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp.
  • Working knowledge of visual merchandising and how to promote in-store products online.
  • Content creation skills for organic social media—you know how to shoot, edit, and post with purpose.
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour, segmentation, and targeting
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and juggling multiple campaigns at once.
  • A genuine love for fashion, trends, and creative storytelling.
