Fleet Driver - North Island - Te Awamutu

Key Responsibilities**
- Driving in a manner that is in line with the road code and Hynds safety expectations and NZTA rules and regulations
- Operating crane and lifting equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Ensuring all customer orders are delivered to site in full and safely on time
- Keeping our customers aware of estimated arrival times & adhering to our Hynds Safe Loading and Unloading guidelines
- Completing the daily check list ensuring that defects and damage is correctly identified and reported
- Ensuring vehicle is maintained in line with the service plan and is clean/tidy and presentable at all times
- Class 5 Truck License (2+ years' experience operating in civil construction environment preferred)
- Unit standards: 16617 (Truck Loader Crane) & 30072 (Slinging Regular Loads). 2+ years' experience preferred
- The ability to change the result themselves and takes accountability for result
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ensuring customer orders are correct and yard standards are met.
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks and deliver to expectations even during times of stress and pressure
