ABOUT THE ROLE
The primary focus of the role is taking inbound calls from customers and providing excellent customer service. You will be taking a high volume of calls per day so must be confident on the phone and have excellent communication skills.
The role is Sunday - ThursdayIn summer the hours are 10:30 - 6:30
In winter the hours are 9:30 - 5:30
On Sundays you will be based out of the Newmarket store and your hours will be 9 - 5.
KEY DUTIES- Customer Assistance - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk ins, providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Effectively managing and resolving customer complaints, inquiries, or concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and customer retention.
- Assisting customers with order processing, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
- Accurately logging/documenting customer interactions
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service or support role
- Experience working or studying in tech highly sought
- Tech savvy - experience using Freshdesk & Shopify ideal but not essential
- Confident on the phone and excellent communication skills
- Happy to deal with high volume of calls
- Positive attitude and resilient
- Able to problem solve and work under pressure
- Reliable, hardworking and able to multitask
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and rapidly changing environments
