About the Team/ServiceThe Nelson ICCUis a close and supportive team that works well together to provide the bestoutcomes for the patients and whānau that we care for. We have a nine bed unitthat caters to ICU, Coronary Care and High Dependency patients and thesuccessful candidate will provide care for all of these patients.Each daybrings something new with opportunities to learn and grow. Our team has regularsocial gatherings that make the most of living in this beautiful area of NewZealand and we welcome new members to the team.About YouIt ispreferable that you have a minimum of two years recent acute nursing, orsignificant ICU experience.
Youmust be available to work all shifts including Night Shifts.Youwill have well-developed acute care clinical skills and will value workingcollaboratively as a proactive and supportive team member, focused on achievingoptimum health outcomes for patients requiring Intensive Care services.Youwill have adaptability in a dynamic rapidly changing work environment.
Demonstrate a willingness to shareprofessional knowledge and skills within the Intensive Care team.
