Technical support for plumbers is required, so being a plumber is ideal for this role.
Pipe Masters Limited is an established plumbing, drainage and gas fitting company in the BOP. We currently employ 35 full time staff and due to our large increase in work load due to the strong client base we have formed, we require an additional operations manager to join our fun team.We carry out all types of work from maintenance, residential, shop fitouts to small commercial projects.
The role consists but not limited to the following:- Estimation/quoting in relation to maintenance plumbing and drainage jobs.
- Managing customers and resources in the maintenance field in property managers
- Managing customers and resources in our volume build field
- New business development to grow the Division
- Converting leads into sales
- Managing customers and resources in the maintenance field
- Scheduling tradesman to jobs
- On call manager
- Clerk of works (assisting staff on site)
- Quality control
- Managing of contract claims for handover to Accounts & Administration
- Development of pricing structures
- Developing and managing key customer relationships with key customers
- Scheduling tradesman to jobs using our online system
- Assisting tradesman onsite and problem solving
- Liaising with clients
- Quoting small projects
