- Provide a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale.
- Achieve sales targets for you and your store by:
- Putting the customer at the centre of everything you do and creating “Raving Fans”
- Participating in all suppliers, compliance and sales training modules
- Participate in the STARS coaching program to learn and demonstrate the required sales behaviours
- Understand the JB HiFi 5 Steps of selling and demonstrate in all customer interactions
- Demonstrate safe work practices and assist the company in providing a safe and healthy environment.
- Contribute to the JB HI-FI brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor, adhering to JB Hi-Fi Merchandise standards
- Enable a safe work environment for you, your team and customers, ensuring all OHS policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes
- Manage order fulfilment (delivery & click and collect) in line with procedures, including product pick and pack & dispatch, order fulfilment enquiries
- Engage positively with Store Management, take on board feedback to continuously grow and learn
- Assist with customer service requirements on the counter and on floor payment devices
- Assist the Store Management team, where required across our Sales, Merchandise and Operations areas
- Experience in being part of a high achieving team
- Demonstrated ability in required skills and competencies
- Unerring passion for creating great customer experiences
