- $69,312Team Administrator We are looking for someone to help us deliver on an extremely busy local government work programme.
If you have excellent attention to detail, both written and numerical, and a proactive approach to your work, highly organised, adaptable, and confident using a range of systems and tools, then this would be an awesome team for you to join.

We blend local government expertise, specialised advice and operational delivery and oversight to bring about a strong local government system.
Mō te tīma | About the TeamYou would be working with City and Regional Deals team, which is responsible for delivering the Government's City and Regional Deals programme.
These deals are based on 30-year visions for the regions, with a 10-year strategic plan that will deliver shared objectives and outcomes between local and central government.
There will also be a need to assist other teams in the local government area, so that means that you will be learning new things all the time.Mōu | About youTo succeed in this role, you will need to be comfortable operating in a high pace environment amidst change and ambiguity, including working across multiple teams as needed.
We place our people first so you will have strong people and communication skills and play your role in supporting us deliver on our work programmes.You will also have:Strong computer and technical skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)Experience with electronic document management systems, diary management, and basic accounts administration is desirableThe ability to effectively prioritise and manage a varied workload, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressureGreat relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels
