- Passion for the industry
- At least 3 years of work experience in Chinese cuisine， OR
- Have Level 4 qualification in Cookery (Chinese cuisine), OR
- Have a relevant overseas occupational certificate (it is only required if the work experience/qualification requirements above are not met)
