The Role We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Taupo branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician or someone with a strong electrical background who’s ready to step into a leadership role.You’ll oversee a team of 15 staff, manage daily operations, and drive business growth. You’ll be supported by the Aotea Waikato Senior Leadership Team and report directly to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage day-to-day branch operations
- Mentor and support a team of 15 staff
- Drive business development and client engagement
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets
- Promote health and safety compliance
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align with company goals
- Qualified electrician or extensive experience in the electrical industry
- Ready to take the next step into management
- Strong leadership, operational, and financial skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with SimPro and Microsoft 365 tools is an advantage
