Our Taupo branch plays a vital role in servicing the Central Plateau, and we’re looking for a driven leader to take it to the next level.

The Role We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Taupo branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician or someone with a strong electrical background who’s ready to step into a leadership role.

You’ll oversee a team of 15 staff, manage daily operations, and drive business growth. You’ll be supported by the Aotea Waikato Senior Leadership Team and report directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day branch operations
  • Mentor and support a team of 15 staff
  • Drive business development and client engagement
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets
  • Promote health and safety compliance
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align with company goals
About You
  • Qualified electrician or extensive experience in the electrical industry
  • Ready to take the next step into management
  • Strong leadership, operational, and financial skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience with SimPro and Microsoft 365 tools is an advantage
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement
