Accounts Administrator - Christchurch

We are looking for someone to take care of the day-to-day accounting and office functions across 2 businesses. Providing direct support the Directors. This role offers flexible working hours - approximately 30-40 hours per week.

Key Accountabilities
  • Timely and accurate processing of day-to day transactional work including accounts payable & receivable, reconciliations, timesheets & purchase orders authorization
  • Weekly payroll processing
  • Completion of all other tasks which will ensure the financial function operates smoothly
  • Attend to and resolve internal and external queries or direct them appropriately
  • Assisting with other accounting and administration support and projects as required
