About the role
As a Kitchen Steward you will be responsible for supporting our chefs by stacking dishwashers, cleaning fridges, floors, removing rubbish and other ad hoc kitchen duties.
You will also;- Help out the chefs with some basic food prep
- Assist in creating and maintaining a safe working environment
- Assist in the preparations for stock takes
This is a casual/on-call position. Preference will be given to applicants who are flexible in their availability. This role will include weekend and late-night shifts.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will also;- Have fantastic interpersonal skills and be a confident and clear communicator
- Be well presented with a high level of professionalism
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts
- Be aged 20 years or older due to this role requiring access to the Main Gaming Floor
