An exciting opportunity has come about for a Team Leader to join our team
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teacher to lead our under 2's room. Our sustainability-focused preschool has large outdoor spaces, including an orchard, animals, beehives, a worm farm, and vegetable gardens. Our philosophy centres on fostering a warm, welcoming environment where children can explore and grow at their own pace, with a focus on people, belonging, and relationships.
As Head Teacher, you will mentor your team, ensure compliance, and lead a child-led, nature-play-based program. If you're dedicated to making a positive impact on children and families, we'd love to hear from you.

Role requirements:
We're looking for a natural leader who shares our values and vision, has a strong understanding of programme planning and assessment for infants and toddlers, and is driven and passionate about growth. As well as:
- B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 and current teacher registration/certification
- An understanding of programme planning, pedagogy, and curriculum
- Good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and holds compliance in a high regard
- Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
