HVAC Installer/Site Supervisor | Christchurch

Our client, an industry leader in air conditioning and electrical services are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer with strong supervisory skills to lead installation teams on commercial projects throughout Christchurch.

This is an excellent opportunity for a trade-qualified professional looking to take on more responsibility in project delivery and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of commercial HVAC systems
• Oversight of daily site operations, including toolbox meetings and health & safety compliance
• Coordination of materials, resource allocation, and project scheduling
• Support quality control processes and ensure adherence to industry standards
• Liaise with project managers, electrical leads, and clients as required
• Timely submission of COCs and project documentation
• Mentoring of junior team members and apprentices

Key Requirements:

• Trade qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning
• Relevant practising licences (Site Safe, Fillers, etc.)
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proven ability to manage timelines, teams, and resources effectively

What’s on Offer:

• Full-time position with long-term projects in the Christchurch area
• $35 - $45 per hour (depending on experience) and a supportive, professional team environment
