We’re looking for an experienced Change Analyst/Manager to support a key Digital Transformation project on a contract basis. This hands-on role will focus on stakeholder engagement, change planning, and driving adoption of new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change impact and readiness assessments
- Deliver communications, training, and engagement activities
- Support transition planning and stakeholder coaching
- Align change activities with project milestones
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years in change management, ideally in ERP or tech projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with structured change methodologies
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
This contract requires the contractor to be onsite 3 days a week with some flexibility for start and finish times.
