Evolve Ventures is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Resource Recovery Centre in Te Awamutu on 1st September 2025 – and we’re looking for an Excavator/Loader Operator to join our passionate team!
About the Role:We’re on the hunt for a skilled operator with a Wheels, Tracks, and Rollers Licence. Experience using a grapple is highly preferred and will be a strong advantage.
What We’re Looking For:- Someone who can work both independently and collaboratively
- A strong commitment to reducing landfill waste
- Daily VCR checks and keeping the machine clean and tidy
- A genuine passion for recycling and sustainability
- Mechanical aptitude is a bonus!
- Pleasant aptitude, as you will be dealing with the Public
- Some admin required when dealing with payments etc
- Keeping the site tidy
Important to Know: This is a six-day operation, so you must be available to work on a roster that includes weekends and public holidays.
