Duties and Responsibilities:- Follow all hygiene and Health and Safety regulations within the kitchen.
- Follow directions on portion control, cooking standards, and minimizing wastage.
- Follow instructions from the Chef or their nominee.
- Assisting kitchen and service staff in preparing and serving food
- Packing food and beverage trays for serving
- Cooking and heating simple food items
- Ensure proper use of chemical/cleaning products and store them appropriately
- Transferring, weighing and checking supplies and equipment
- Cleaning kitchens, food preparation and cook equipment, floors, sculleries and other
- Dispose of rubbish
- Maintain a positive and motivated work ethic in the kitchen at all times
- Perform any other duties the employer may reasonably require.
