Contract Coordinator – Construction

We are a small, Christchurch-based construction company looking for a reliable and organised administrator to support our busy team.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations, including:- Booking and coordinating suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintaining accurate records of ongoing jobs and project documentation
- Assisting with scheduling and general office administration
- Managing phone calls and communicating with clients, suppliers, and staff
- General administrative duties as required
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who:- Has strong organisational and time management skills
- Is confident and professional when communicating over the phone
- Has working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Can read and interpret basic information from construction plans
- Has a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
