Contract Coordinator – Construction

We are a small, Christchurch-based construction company looking for a reliable and organised administrator to support our busy team.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations, including:
  • Booking and coordinating suppliers and subcontractors
  • Maintaining accurate records of ongoing jobs and project documentation
  • Assisting with scheduling and general office administration
  • Managing phone calls and communicating with clients, suppliers, and staff
  • General administrative duties as required

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has strong organisational and time management skills
  • Is confident and professional when communicating over the phone
  • Has working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Can read and interpret basic information from construction plans
  • Has a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
