Make a meaningful difference in a growing community

BestStart Berryfields Crossing is on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate Caregiver to join our secure, fun, and experienced team. Our centre is committed to delivering quality early childhood education to the tamariki in our community.

""Ma te huruhuru ka rere te manu – Adorn the bird with feathers so it may soar.""

Located in the vibrant and fast-developing Berryfields suburb in Richmond, our centre has been supporting local families for two years and continues to grow. We are proud of our strong, well-established teaching team and the welcoming environment we've built.

Surrounded by the beauty of the Richmond Ranges, our centre reflects the strength and stability of our natural environment. We draw inspiration from the flowing Waimea River to guide our approach to teaching – adaptive, nurturing, and always evolving with the needs of our tamariki.

Celebrating important milestones such as Matariki, our centre birthday, and Christmas helps build a strong sense of belonging for every child and their whanau.

At BestStart, we are proud to lead the way in early childhood education. Our caregivers and teachers are recognised for the vital impact they make in children's lives, and we provide a range of benefits and professional development opportunities to support your growth:
