[ref. u4500002] Short-Term Accommodation Property Manager - Queenstown

We’re looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join our short-term accommodation team and take charge of the day-to-day operations across a premium portfolio of holiday homes in Queenstown.

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day running of short-stay accommodation properties
• Handle all guest communications – from booking queries to in-stay support
• Perform cleaning and presentation of homes to a high standard (alongside support staff)
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors
• Manage linen and supplies, restocking and setting up homes
• Set up and monitor smart locks for guest access
• Carry out property inspections and quality control
• Use scheduling/property management software to log and track jobs
• Assist with media capture (photos/videos) for listings and social media

• Previous experience in property or accommodation management
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Great time management and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Physically fit – must be comfortable with hands-on cleaning and property tasks
• Confident with technology and apps (training provided)
• Full NZ Driver’s Licence (required)

• $30-34.50 per hour, 30–40 hours per week (permanent role)
