Civil Construction Labourer

We’re looking for reliable Civil Construction Labourers to join our team on local projects across the Kapiti Coast and Horowhenua regions. This is hands-on outdoor work with a solid crew, steady hours, and opportunities to build a career in civil construction.
You’ll be assisting with a range of civil works including roading, drainage, infrastructure, and site preparation, working alongside machine operators and site supervisors.
What You’ll Need:- Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence
- Previous civil or construction experience preferred but not essential
- Reliable transport to and from site
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good understanding of health and safety on site
- Ability to carry out physical work in an outdoor environment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screening
- Competitive pay rates based on experience
- PPE supplied
- Weekly pay (including KiwiSaver, sick leave, and holiday pay)
