Pharmacy Retail Assistant

Life Pharmacy Te Puke are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pharmacy Retail Assistant to join our growing pharmacy team. This role is ideal for someone with strong retail sales performance and social media experience who enjoys engaging with customers and promoting health and wellness products.

You will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting retail sales targets, and helping grow the pharmacy’s online presence through social media engagement and content support.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and product recommendations
• Drive retail sales and contribute to achieving store sales targets
• Promote pharmacy campaigns, loyalty programmes, and seasonal offers
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining attractive store displays
• Manage stock replenishment and inventory support
• Create and post engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
• Assist with online promotions, product photography, and customer engagement
• Support day-to-day pharmacy retail operations
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional retail environment

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in pharmacy, health, beauty, or wellness retail
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience managing or contributing to business social media accounts
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Confident using social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Basic content creation, photography, or Canva experience is an advantage
• Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and strong teamwork skills
• Good computer and cash-handling skills
