- About the roleWe are an iconic organisation and part of the fabric of Aotearoa.
- South Island, you will be responsible for leading the mail, courier and rural provincial delivery teams within the Southland, to be high performing teams.You'll lead a motivated, multi-layered operational team, working through experienced people leaders to guide frontline and contractor teams.
- day to day the role is Monday to Friday, however, real flexibility in working hours will be required to provide visibility to the teams and that can mean nights, early mornings and weekend work as needed to attend to issues/escalations.
