- Have proven experience as a barista
- Can do latte art and know your espresso from your flat white
- Are confident working solo or in a fast-paced team
- Bring top-tier communication & customer service skills
- Are reliable and flexible, ready to jump into shifts (even last-minute!)
- Have a great attitude and professional presentation
