This is full time permanent positionDuty Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act
- Lead and supervise staff during shifts
- Handle cash, EFTPOS transactions, and daily reconciliations
- Monitor responsible service of alcohol practices
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Assist with stock control and ordering
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
- Follow company policies and health and safety procedures.
- Current LCQ (Licence Controller Qualification) – Essential or ability to obtain.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Retail, Customer Service, Hospitality, Management, Accounting, Business, or related service industries; OR
- A Level 4 or higher qualification in Management, Business, Retail, Commerce (BCom), Economics, Arts, or a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand

CookKey Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with menu preparation and kitchen operations
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Follow company policies, food safety standards, and health and safety procedures.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cooking, food preparation, hospitality, catering, restaurants, cafés, or related food service industries; OR
- A Level 4 or higher qualification in Cookery, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Catering, Food Preparation, or a related field
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work flexible hours
- Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
