The Fat Farmer Restaurant is located in the heart of the Hokowhitu village Palmerston North. Offering indoor and outdoor dining with a unique tapas style menu and a diverse beverage range. Open Tuesday – Saturday evenings The Fat Farmer has an opportunity for a motivated individual to become our next restaurant manager.
This full time position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends. The right candidate will be required to work well under pressure and problem solve.
What you'll do:
- Ensure a smooth evening service
- Manage our front of house team
- Maintain stock & ordering
- Deliver a high standard of service
What we are looking for:
- A professional manager to run our team
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Previous hospitality experience
- Friendly people skills
- Hold a current Duty managers certificate
