Yardperson Roles / Machine Operator - Christchurch

We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced Yard persons ad Machine Operators to join our pool of candidates for upcoming opportunities in Christchurch. We work with multiple clients across the region.

These positions typically involve a mix of yard and machinery-related duties — ideal for someone reliable, hands-on, and confident with waste handling and machinery operations.

Typical duties may include:

Receiving, checking, and processing inwards goods

Assisting with machinery operations

Handling waste safely and keeping the site compliant

Carrying out general yard duties and maintaining a tidy workspace

Operating forklifts and managing deliveries

What we’re looking for:

3+ years’ experience in yard work and/or inwards goods

Current OSH certificate and F endorsement (must-have)

Comfortable working with waste as part of daily tasks

Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
