Restaurant Manager

WIN-WIN LIMITED(Sush Time) is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service for our customers.

Job Description

Your day-to-day work will involve:

• Developing and maintaining professional relationships within the business to ensure the business operates smoothly
• Looking for opportunities to improve procedures, and make improvements where appropriate
• Ensuring the restaurant has a sufficient level of staff and stock levels to operate
• Researching, negotiating, and ordering stock as needed and delegating staff to do the same
• Working with management to ensure that wage cost and food cost fall within budgeted amounts
• Discussing, preparing and pricing menus with chefs
• Organising special functions or events when required
• Being a constructive part of the team by taking and providing feedback in a professional manner
• Staff selection, training and management
• Ensuring facilities remain clean, tidy and compliant with health and safety regulations

Experience

Applicants for this role should have:

• Diploma in business-related field or related work experience (3 years at least) is required
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of discerning diners
• Proficient in financial management, including budget planning, cost control, and inventory management
• The highest standards of food and occupational safety and hygiene
• A can do and professional attitude

This is a great opportunity for a diverse and challenging role in a fast-paced environment. Remuneration is negotiable for the right candidate, between $27.00 -$34.00 per hour depending on the number of experiences and qualifications. This advertisement will be closed on the 16th of June.
