Colormania is a long-established, family-owned digital print business based in Albany. We’re growing, and we’re looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and customer-focused team player to support our estimating and production planning functions.
This is a hands-on support role — perfect for someone who’s a quick learner, great with systems, and thrives on variety.
About the Role:You’ll be working across multiple areas of the business, acting as a key link between our clients, suppliers, and internal team. You don’t need print industry experience (although it’s a bonus), but you do need to be a capable all-rounder who can learn fast, stay organised, and get things done.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicating with clients via phone, email, and in person
- Processing incoming jobs using our job management software
- Liaising with third-party suppliers for outsourced print work
- Basic job costing using our estimating system
- Invoicing completed jobs
- Ordering supplies and reconciling purchase orders and statements
- Supporting the sales and production teams to ensure smooth job delivery
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
- A great team player who’s willing to jump in wherever needed
- Customer-focused, solutions-oriented, and professional
- Well presented and confident speaking with people at all levels
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic — no job too big or small
