Team Member

Team Members are expected to work a minimum of 28- 30 hours a week with a weekly payroll. Hours are rostered on a weekly basis and might include weekend shifts.

Pay Rate:$23-$24 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities for Team Members:
  1. Provide a great customer experience to all of our valued customers.
  2. Prepare and cook delicious burgers according to the instructions provided.
  3. Take orders via phone and over the counter from customers.
  4. Support your team to keep the store clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
  5. Deliver orders to customers.
  6. Maintain overall sanitation, health, cleanliness and safety standards for food
preparation
areas, cooking services, dishes and utensils.
  1. Perform other related duties as assigned

Team Member Requirements:

  1. Comprehensive training will be offered, but having relevant experience would be beneficial.
  2. Should have a positive attitude with the ability to learn and gain valuable work skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. 4+ Yearsof hospitality or retail experience required
  4. Level 6 or equivalent qualification isMUST
  5. Full DriversLicence with F endorsement (Forklift Licence)
