Full Time role 30+ hrs per week

Alongside the franchisee and a team of managers, you’ll be responsible for organising and controlling the daily operations of a fast-paced food establishment. This includes both traditional retail management and overseeing our restaurant-style service delivery.
Role ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of 5-15 staff across shifts, including kitchen and front-of-house.
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth workflow.
Oversee staff rosters, training, and performance to maintain a high-function team.
Follow and monitor operational policies, health & safety, food handling protocols, and Operational Systems Standards.
Handle customer queries and feedback, ensuring a consistent and high-quality dining experience.
Maintain financial records, including sales reports, inventory, and staff costs.
The role will typically be five days per week with two consecutive days off. While we try to keep the roster fixed permanent, flexibility with hours and days to assist with covering annual and sick leave is required however as we operate 7 days a week.

Passionate about working in store, some paperwork is required, but this is primarily a hands-on management role.
Previous hospitality or managerial experience would be a major bonus, but not an absolute deal-breaker.
