Experienced Chef and Baker
We have some exciting new positions and opportunities available to join our vibrant Kitchen and Cafe team.
EXPERIENCED BAKER to master your passionate baking skills creating amazing cakes, slices and everything that we have available in our Cafe and Cakery. You must have good organisation and communication skills and love working in a team enviroment.
CAFE CHEF to showcase your culinary expertise and prepare, cook and create delicious and incredible looking dishes from our Cafe menu. You must demonstrate high quality and ensuring food safety is managed at all times. You must be able to work under pressure and love what you do as you will be the face of our kitchen.
SKILLED BARISTA to make consistantly amazing MOJO coffee, tea, milkshakes and other cold drinks with incredible customer service skills. You will be required to work weekends so must be reliable with a positive attitude. You will also be part of our big Cafe team so will also be trained in other areas as its a team effort every day in our busy Cafe and Cakery.
All these positions are permanent full-time and you must be available to work weekends, public holidays 5 days a week with the hours varying from 6am to 4pm. Most days you will be working alongside other experienced Bakers, Chefs and Cafe Assistants in our large kitchen and cafe team.
Our kitchen and Cafe is a big space full of well maintained equipment, light and air conditioning which makes it a great place to be any time of the year.All these positions require someone who is reliable, highly motivated with a positive and can do attitude. You must love being organised and love working in a very busy and at times crazy kitchen and Cafe.
