• Operate and monitor production equipment efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshoot machinery to keep production running smoothly.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate production records.
• Actively participate in safety programs to keep the workplace safe.
• Contribute to Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) initiatives to improve operations.
• Take ownership of your role through ongoing training and skill development.

• Reliability, trustworthiness, and a positive attitude.
• Good fitness level for manual handling tasks.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Attention to detail and good computer skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Health and Safety conscious.
• Forklift license is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking.
• Must be a New Zealand Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid work visa.
