This permanent full-time role offers regular day shifts from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and does include work on Sundays.

Key aspects of the role:
- Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs both individually and as part of your team.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in-store.
- Handle daily transactions across retail, personal finance, and the buys/loans counter.
- Merchandise the store, maintain its presentation, and conduct market research on items being pawned.
- Utilise your expanding product knowledge across categories like mobile phones, power tools, gaming consoles, and musical instruments.
About you:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or retail is essential.
- Experience in personal finance or lending would be a valuable bonus but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and upskill with strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic, with a bit of street smarts
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and strives for success
- Sense of humour and a passion for helping locals
