We're a busy Airbnb management company in search of dynamic and reliable cleaners to meticulously maintain and prepare our properties.Join us as an Airbnb cleaner and become the guardian of cleanliness for a specific property.
Work days will be varied and dependent on guest check-out days, if they only stay 1 night you will have work the next day, if they stay 4 nights you will only have work on the day they leave, no work during their stay.
We are currently recruiting for properties in the Auckland City Centre, living within 20 minutes drive of the city centre is a must, so you're not spending more time driving than working ??Work days will depend on when the guest checks out, you need to be available any day of the week or weekend, not that you'll be working every day.
Cleaning must be completed anytime between 10.20am-3pm on check out day, one clean will take approximately 1.5 – 2 hours. Perfect timing if you have kids at school.You are welcome to take children to the clean with you, as you will be working unsupervised in a private residence, a maximum of 2 children are allowed to be with you, and you are fully responsible for them during your cleaning.
Requirements:
- Independent and like working alone
- Reliable vehicle to get to and from your home to the property, plus linen pickup/drop off
- Reliable cell phone and wifi/data at home, to check the bookings calendar every morning
Specific cleaning experience is not vital, although advantageous, however and insane eye for detail is a requirement, you must be able to spot a rogue hair from a metre away ??
This is a contracting role, payment is a set fee per clean, paid twice per month, calculated on $30 per hour.If you’re “speedy” you still take home the same money, which makes the hourly rate higher, and if you prefer to take your time and work at your own pace, that is ok too, as long as the property is spotless, we are happy.
There is an option for those that wish to take on more work to manage the cleaning of more than one property, after you have settled in and feel confident.
