Asphalt Plant Operator
The Higgins Team in Silverdale is looking for a Plant Operator to join our asphalt batch plant crew.
What you'll bring:
- Experience operating asphalt batch plants, including troubleshooting and basic mechanical maintenance
- Strong understanding of materials, tools, and methods used in asphalt production
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts on a rotating roster
- Class 1 licence (WTR) essential; Class 2 preferred - we'll support you to gain this
- Familiarity with handling bitumen; D & F endorsements beneficial
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Proven commitment to health and safety
