A bit about us:

At Westroads we have grown from humble beginnings; we want to keep growing and that requires a great team. At Westroads we want all our people to work together and be passionate about our company and the work we do.

On the Coast you will find us in Hokitika, Greymouth, Whataroa, and Haast. In Christchurch, our branch trades under the name Trenching Dynamix.

On the Coast our roading teams help to keep our transport routes functioning; we manage, install, and repair water, stormwater, and sewer infrastructure; and we maintain our Districts’ parks, gardens, playgrounds, and reserves. We have developed an extensive working knowledge of the area and have developed strong relationships with our customers, clients, and suppliers.

What we do differently:
  • We train our people and progress them through the company as opportunities arise
  • We match up to 4% Kiwisaver from day one, then pay 6% after five years' service
  • We support our people with free access to a confidential Employee Assistance Programme
