A well-established company KASBER LIMITED is now enlarging its team to cope with the fast development. We are looking for production managers, welcome to apply for the position.

Job Description:

• Develops, implements, and monitors production strategies, policies, and plans to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations.
• Plans and manages all aspects of production activities, including output targets, quality standards, cost efficiency, timelines, and workforce requirements.
• Oversees the operation and maintenance of production equipment and facilities, including scheduling operating hours and ensuring the availability of necessary tools and parts.
• Monitors production performance, including output and costs, and adjusts processes and resources to optimise efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Coordinates with other managers and departments to ensure alignment on production matters and organisational goals.
• Manages the procurement and installation of new machinery and equipment to enhance production capabilities.
• Leads research and development initiatives to improve production methods, and recommends and implements innovative solutions.
• Ensures accurate preparation and maintenance of production reports and records.
• Oversees the implementation of occupational health and safety standards across all production activities.
• Directs and supervises staff, monitors performance, and ensures effective use of human resources.
• Plans, organises, and coordinates all physical and human resources related to manufacturing operations.
• Performs any other reasonable duties as assigned by the employer.

• Location: Auckland
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay Rate: $30.00–$50.00 per hour
• Days Required: 7 days per week, roster may apply
• Hours Per Week: Minimum 30 hours

• Applicants must have either a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience or a bachelor’s degree from New Zealand (or an equivalent overseas qualification).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
