Key Responsibilites
- Prepare and roll sushi (nigiri, maki, sashimi, etc.) to order
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sushi prep area
- Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow restaurant procedures and assist with other kitchen duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sushi preparation preferred - but not necessary
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
