Dunedin Hospital is seeking a passionate clinician to join our Neurosciences team, where your skills will directly impact patient recovery and quality of life.About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to join a committed inter-professional team working.This is a unique opportunity to work within a tertiary care facility, providing specialist physiotherapy services across a diverse range of neurological and neurosurgical conditions.You'll be part of an inter-professional team covering:Neurology and Neurosurgery (including traumatic brain injury)ENTInpatient Orthopaedics and Acute Stroke Unit (as required)You'll manage complex cases such as craniotomies, spinal surgeries, Chiari malformations, VP shunts, and more.
Your role will be pivotal in supporting patient flow, rehabilitation pre- and post-surgery, and mentoring junior staff, students, and Allied Health Assistants.You will also be responsible for supporting weekend shifts and participating in the on-call roster.We offer:a collaborative and supportive team cultureongoing professional development
