About the Role

We are seeking motivated and empathetic Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside others to deliver high-quality care and support to tangata whaiora accessing our services.

Positions are available across:
  • Activities-based programmes, supporting clients to engage in group activities, develop skills, and achieve personal goals
  • Residential support, assisting clients who reside within our service

You will contribute to creating a supportive environment that encourages recovery, independence, and community participation.

Skills & Experience Required
  • NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (Level 4) or equivalent (minimum requirement)
  • NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa
  • A strong sense of empathy, respect, and cultural awareness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently (1:1) and within a team environment
  • Flexibility and willingness to work across a range of shifts
  • Energy, initiative, and a proactive approach to supporting others
  • Respect for diverse perspectives, values, and ways of life
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to tangata whaiora
  • Assist with the delivery of structured activities and programmes
  • Support clients to set and work towards individual goals
  • Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Encourage social connection and community engagement
Working Hours
Our service operates between 7:30am and 10:30pm, seven days a week.

We offer full-time and part-time roles, with shifts that may be flexible to suit your lifestyle.
