Having been in retail, preferably in fashion or homewares, you will be able to demonstrate a record of excellent retail service, and have the ability to be flexible in your approach to the position.As Deluxe and Verandah specialise in both these sectors experience in either will be considered a distinct advantage. As such, applicants without the necessary retail sales experience will not be considered.
Greytown is a very busy shopping destination. As such Saturday work is required, as is the ability to fill in for other staff as and when the need arises.
Experience with Vend/Lightspeed POS would be an asset, but not essential. Of course, training in Vend/Lightspeed will be given, and preference will be given to applicants familiar with retail social media.
The days of work available will be discussed at interview. You must live in Wairarapa to be considered for this position.
