Are you a Registered Nurse who values calm, person centred care over rushed, task driven shifts? Our~40 bed rest home, dementia and hospital care facility in Feilding is looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join our small, supportive team.

We have permanent full time and permanent part time roles available.

About the Role

• Providing clinical oversight and supporting caregivers on shift
• Completing assessments, care planning, and documentation
• Administering medications and monitoring residents’ health needs
• Building strong relationships with residents and families
• Working collaboratively with the Clinical Governance and wider team
• Supporting a calm, reassuring environment for residents

This is a role where your clinical skills and your heart both matter.

• A New Zealand registered nurse with a current APC
• Experience in aged care is an advantage. InterRai competency preferred - training will be provided.
• Strong clinical judgement and confidence working autonomously
• A warm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and commitment to resident wellbeing
