We are looking for a superstar who possesses the following skill sets.
The Role:Administration: Purchaser & Scheduler Co-Ordinator
- Customer Connector for all communications between our team and clients. We are looking for that consistently approachable, warm personality, who loves to provide a positive experience with all our clients both internal and external and their day to day needs.
- Purchasing Administration: A large part of this role will be based around the purchasing of orders through our modern purchasing system. Co-ordinating with key stake holders, such as our fabrication team, installation team, and warehouse and many suppliers, this will require a strong set of co-ordinator, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to follow work flow processes.
- Scheduling: Helping coordinate and track installation projects ensuring the installation dates are upheld and
- Admin Support: Overflow: booking of quote appointments, keeping our records up to date and ensure data accuracy – your attention to detail is key!
- Data Management: Maintain logs and update job statuses – we need someone organised and meticulous, who is passionate about the inner workings of an office, and ensuring that high level or record keeping is maintained.
Who wee need: You should have sound purchasing experience dealing with multiple suppliers.
A strong understanding of co-ordinating calendar appointments for multiple staff members, client installations and scheduling of a team of approximately 10 installers on a weekly schedule.A team member who loves to deliver, accurate and efficient outcomes, and is all about the best approach for the team, the owners and of course our clients. We have a proud history of customer excellence within the administration team, this is due to the high effort in communicating professionally to our clients and keeping them up to date along the journey of their project.
Skilled: Excellent with organisation, multitasking, and communication. Data entry accuracy is a must.Proactive: A person who has that go-getter with a can-do attitude, always ready to learn and adapt.
Technology Ability: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products, a previous background in work flow management systems and project management systems a plus, some knowledge of xero would be an advantage, however training also provided of business workings for these.
