About the Role:

A well-established civil maintenance company is seeking experienced Mower Operators and Gardeners to join their Parks & Reserves team based in Selwyn or Kaiapoi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various mowers and small machinery for turf maintenance.
- Perform vegetation control, horticultural spraying, and line trimming.
- Maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Complete tasks according to contract specifications and schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with a variety of mowers and small plant equipment.
- Full Class 1 Driver Licence (essential).
- Growsafe certification and WTR endorsements - training can be provided.
- Physically fit and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
