B2B Telesales Superstar

• Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads selling food/drink/oral care products to stockists across New Zealand
• Pitching products and services with clarity and confidence
• Overcoming objections and closing sales over the phone
• Lead nurturing via funnels and helping onboard new wholesale accounts
• Account management and on-going sales strategy once onboarded
• Smashing sales targets with pride
• Contracting work: 5–8 hours/week to start (flexible but during business hours, must be based in New Zealand).
• Hours will increase as results come in
• Scope will grow based on performance – with potential to work across more brands, categories, and sales channels
• You’ll need:
• B2B sales experience – telesales/cold calling especially
• A strong sales mindset and warm, confident phone manners
• Experience in the distribution or FMCG industry is a bonus
• Ability to work independently, organised and reliable
• Resilience and self-motivation, excited to learn and grow
• You’ll need to be set up with a laptop, reliable Wi-Fi, and a quiet space
