A bit about the role...
Are you an experienced Carpenter/Leading hand or a working Site Foreman looking for your next challenge?

We’re on the hunt for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

We have projects across the Manawatu and Horowhenua regions, including Levin, so a willingness to travel is necessary.

Depending on your role, your responsibilities may include:
  • Carrying out high-quality carpentry work on a variety of projects.
  • Leading and coordinating teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Managing site operations, including subcontractors and labour.
  • Monitoring project progress, budgets, and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Problem-solving on-site challenges and collaborating with key stakeholders.
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in carpentry, site leadership, or site management roles.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • A solid understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and best practices.
