You may be a graduate + 2 years ready to jump into the world of people & Culture or you may be experienced in Learning & Development - either way we are looking for someone who brings tech savvy, energy, team orientation, great self-organisation and a passion for L&D/HR!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing a L&D plan
• Manage and maintain the LMS system
• Oversee teh LMS Helpdesk
• Develop a learning calendar
• Conduct learning reviews and provide reports
• Develop internal communication plan to promote learning including video editing
• Design eLearning courses using Articulate
• Record and edit podcasts

Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, you will work with Subject Matter Experts and have an opportunity to really excel in a values driven , collaborative team.
