We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Foundations Labourer to join our growing crew. At Dig & Form, we specialise in high-quality residential foundations — especially ribraft and concrete slab systems — as well as excavation and landscape construction projects across Christchurch, Selwyn, and Waimak.
If you’ve got hands-on experience in boxing for concrete slabs and a solid work ethic, we want to hear from you.- What You’ll Be Doing *
- Assisting with site layout and boxing for ribraft/concrete slabs
- Supporting excavation prep, reinforcing, and steel placement
- Helping with concrete pours and site clean-up
- Working closely with operators, site managers, and other trades
- Keeping the site tidy, productive, and safe
- What We’re Looking For *
- 1-2 years experience ideally in RibRaft foundations
- Physically fit, reliable, and ready to work outdoors
- Good attitude and a willingness to muck in
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a tight team
- Full NZ driver’s licence + reliable transport
- WTR or Site Safe tickets a bonus
